Yoga is an ancient technique that connects mind, body, and soul through the practice physical poses, mindfulness, and deep breathing. it’s known to help lower stress levels, while increasing strength and flexibility.  While I teach a variety of yoga styles including beginner’s yoga and vinyasa flow, my speciality lies in Yinyasa (Yin + Vinyasa).
